Crispy Skin Orange Chicken
6 chicken thighs, trimmed and washed Zest of 2 oranges, juice of 1 2 tbsp butter Salt and pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper, combine zest and butter and rub over skin. Place skin side down in baking tray. Cook at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, turn chicken over, pour in juice (careful not to cover skin) and cook a further 10 minutes or untill cooked through
